Had great time there.

The hotel was charming, truly enjoyed street view from our apartment. The staff was nice and great and the host too. The room we had included a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a dining area. The bathroom was good with a bidet.

All the personnel was very amiable and caring.

This place has a great central location near all the main attractions, with friendly and exceptionally kind staff.

Relaxing base for 2 nights. Immaculate and absolutely fantastic units with nice own terrace, clean sheets, as for instance. A good choice of brilliant food. Location near La Tosca Rooms, the center of old town and restaurants, bars. A good choice of food options not very far from the venue: )

Stayed in a "restored" 13th century town house opposite a church. Breakfast served 50m away in a classic Italian bar. Enjoyed the "pleasurable" facilities and the "convenient" amenities. Also, loved the "free" parking at a partner property 10 minutes away.

Narrow beds, missing kettle, broken beer fridge, cluttered room, and "amusing" Italian instructions. But hey, at least it was clean!

The location here is amazing and convenient, just a quick walk from St Martin's Cathedral.

The central location of this place was great and we enjoyed having breakfast at the café.

The value for money at La Tosca Rooms was excellent, and the room itself was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, with charming cafes, restaurants, and markets just steps away. The staff, especially Grazia, treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

As for breakfast, it would have been nice to have a greater variety of options.

Great location in the heart of the city, surrounded by delicious bakeries, gelato shops, and pizzerias. The room was comfortable and had convenient kitchen facilities. The beds were cozy and the air conditioning provided relief from the heat. The property also had plenty of space and could accommodate larger groups. It felt like a home away from home.

Some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable due to the shared terrace and thin windows. The wifi was a bit unreliable, but understandable due to the thick walls of the building.

The location here is perfect, very close to a beautiful street and easy access to Pisa airport.
